Steps of Cooking:
1. Fry onions in hot oil till golden brown. Remove and crush.
In the same oil, put ginger and garlic paste. Cook until light brown,
Add tomatoes, yogurt and meat. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Add PRO Qorma Masala and 1 litre of water. Cook under
Cover and low heat until meat is tender.(chicken 25 minutes,
Mutton 40 minutes, beef 55 minutes).
3. Now add crushed brown onion and cook for 10 minutes.
Add half litre milk and half litre water, cover and cook on low heat
For 10 to 15 minutes. Eat with roti/nan.
